THE JDK GROUP

OBJECTIVE:

Drive immediate store customer count and increase revenue.

RATIONALE:

Harrisburg’s east shore and west shore digitals were used for various flights. Flights ranged from 4-16 weeks. Different designs were used for various flights – The Grain + Verse Bottlehouse is used in this example.

RESULTS:

“I have many, many options when it comes to using different mediums for advertising our various restaurants or projects. But one thing has been very clear to me. Billboards offer us an immediate impact. Anytime our team sees a dip in sales, or a need to inject new energy into our properties, we know it’s time for another billboard campaign. When we put up a billboard message, we see an immediate spike in sales, and in general can count on a 10% increase in revenue. I wholeheartedly believe in the value of billboards, especially the vertical unit on I-83 in Harrisburg. Thank you for everything your company’s done for us. I look forward to the next project!”

– Jen Delaye, C.E.O. (The JDK Group)

BLACK ROSE ANTIQUES

OBJECTIVE:

RATIONALE:

One Interstate 81 bulletin and 1 rotational poster throughout Franklin County provides exposure to both local and interstate travelers.

RESULTS:

We polled people to see how they learned about the new antique shop at Chambersburg Mall. The vast majority said they learned about the store from the billboards. The billboards not only helped spread the word but the vendors within the shop were also thrilled when seeing the billboards along their travels.

More than just a vendor, the Kegerreis team has become our trusted partner in outdoor advertising.”

-Julie Bancroft (Executive Director | PA Apple Marketing Program)

INNOVATIVE INCORPORATED

OBJECTIVE:

Create and sustain identity while increasing market share.

RATIONALE:

1 poster in Hagerstown for 4 years. 3 posters were introduced and rotated in new, neighboring market, Martinsburg for 2 years. An additional poster was brought back into Hagerstown for a total of 4 posters for 1 year. Once market share had increased in both Hagerstown and Martinsburg, it was off to a new market- Chambersburg. Keeping at least 1 poster in each market keeps familiarity and sustained brand identity.

RESULTS:

“In 2006, five years after I started Innovative Incorporated, my company was a boutique computer and networking operation with a total of 3 employees and approximately 30-40 commercial customers.
Later that year, we made the strategic decision to embark on an aggressive branding and identity campaign. We turned to Kegerreis Outdoor advertising after a lackluster experience with another outdoor advertising firm. We have been with them ever since and I consider their products a permanent entry in our marketing budget.
We are now celebrating our 11th year in business, have 12 employees, and over 300 commercial and 2000 residential customers. I feel very certain that we would not have experienced this level of growth and successful addition to our service offerings had we not pursued billboards with Kegerreis.
Not only has Kegerreis provided a unique product by rotating our boards throughout the two cities we have advertised in, their staff have also been a tremendous resource to us along the way.
I'd highly recommend them to any business that is serious about growth, increased market share, and effective advertising strategies.”

– Jason L. Rappaport President Innovative Incorporated

KEYSTONE HEALTH

OBJECTIVE:

Reach the masses as quickly as possible with a free screening message.

RATIONALE:

2 Posters and 2 8 x 16 rotation program for 3 months throughout Chambersburg.

RESULTS:

“We needed an advertising campaign that could reach the masses, quickly- billboard advertising was a great fit for this particular outreach effort. With the rotation posting schedule that Kegerreis developed for us and a well-designed billboard, we were able to reach our target audience in and around Chambersburg. We noticed very soon after posting the billboards that people had seen the advertisements and were taking action by calling or being seen by one of our providers. The campaign was a great success!”

– Jan Lewis Marketing/PR Manager Keystone Health

CUMBERLAND VALLEY DENTAL

OBJECTIVE:

Increase exposure and increase new patient applicants.

RATIONALE:

2 Posters and 2 8 x 16 rotation program for 12 months throughout Chambersburg, PA.

RESULTS:

The board placement this month is awesome!! Having the Hat trick of boards surrounding our office is really working! The [board placement] is just bombarding people who frequent this part of town where our office is located with the message that we want to deliver…Call this Home!
I just counted our new patient count for January, and it was 85! And halfway into February, we are solidly scheduled for hygiene, so I may offer some extra hours to any staff who wants to accept. Since the board campaign started, we were averaging 40-50, even 60 one month which I feel is pretty consistent. The billboards also act as reminders to our patients of record who haven’t been in for a while to get back to see us. I am glad we are doing the whole year; I know there will be residual effects because we are in their mind now. Last time people were coming in 2 years later telling me they saw our billboards. Thank you!!

– Dr. Steve Parrett DDS, FAGD

RATIONALE:

“I just wanted to let you know that we have an appointment scheduled from someone who saw the Hagerstown board. The call came in yesterday –it certainly didn’t take long for folks to notice. Love it!“

– Katrina Gayman Director of Marketing and Sales Whitetail Resort

SQUIRES

Like most local retailers, Squires Electronics and Appliances has to compete with larger box stores’ prices and inventory.

RATIONALE:

Create a compelling message that speaks to the heart of consumer misperceptions. Put this message on 3 poster boards and rotate this message within a 15-mile radius of the store for 8 months.

RESULTS:

Squires battled the larger box store perceptions of better prices and inventory with a powerful, direct message, “We beat box store prices!” This led to increased inquiries about their pricing, both over the phone and in person!

RELAX LOUNGE & GRILL

OBJECTIVE:

Relax Lounge and Grill wanted to increase awareness of weekly specials in the most affordable way.

RATIONALE:

Relax Lounge and Grill used 2-3 posters to rotate throughout Franklin County, PA, highlighting their featured nights on their creative.

RESULTS:

“The main reason I use Kegerreis’ billboards is that the product flat out is the best value for the money, especially for my type of business. Everyone drives and everyone eats. And since my billboards are always put in areas that make sense for me, there’s no waste. I’ve advertised for 4 different restaurants with Kegerreis, and each one has benefited greatly from their programs. Kegerreis billboards get my highest recommendation.”
