Project Elevate gives an artist an opportunity to utilize Kegerreis Outdoor's billboard canvases, turning them into art and creating a positive narrative within the community.  This year, in partnership with Council for the Arts-Chambersburg, local artist Eric Brennan pilots Project Elevate, utilizing 4 sequential billboards in two areas of Chambersburg.

"Project Elevate not only celebrates our brand artfully, but it also gives the community a drive-by outdoor art exhibit!"
